Cancel & Amendment Policy
  • Change or amend of your reservation, please kindly notify us as soon as possible for our time arrangement. If not, your reservation cannot be guaranteed or it might be shorten according to situation.
  • Late of your arrival without advance notice, we’ll try our best to keep your reservation as it’s made. However, after 20 minutes of delay it will be automatically removed.
  • Cancellation:
  • If cancellation may occur, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 6 hours or as soon as possible prior booking time via Email or Call. It’s highly appreciated for us to rearrange our time slot. 
  • Your safety, privacy, wellbeing and relaxation are our priority, please kindly pay attention to following issues;

Children above 10 years old are considered to receive some relaxing massage. However under parent’s companion only.

  • Your reservation will be fully confirmed after we’ve received your reply with necessary information. Kindly please give us more information as follow;
  • Your hotel in Bangkok, your check-in NAME, your check-in & check-out date

 

Arrival or Check in:

  • Please arrive BHAWA SPA about 15-30minutes prior booking time so that our receptionist will have enough time to recommend the most suitable spa treatment or massage to you.
  • Please kindly present this confirmation letter to our receptionist upon arrival.
  • Please kindly inform our receptionist if you may have any special or privileges discount upon your arrival or prior the treatment.

Prior the treatment or services, you’re invited to fill in the registration and consultant form, kindly spend your time and give us all required information. PREGNANCY AND OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS must be notified our receptionist so that we can recommend our best services to fulfill your requirements. Please be informed, some medical conditions may not be advised to have any spa treatment or massage.

  • For your own enjoyable treatments, we do recommend you to have your valuable accessories such as earring, necklace, bracelet, watch and other jewelry items kept in the provided safe box or locker.
  • For highest privacy and calm atmosphere for guest, please do not use telephone or loud conversation during treatment and in spa reception area.
  • To be courtesy to our female therapist, kindly wear our underwear for massage and spa treatment please.
  • Kindly refrain from smoking in Spa areas unless in authorized zone.
